Terms & Conditions – Sky Contract Services

These Terms & Conditions apply to all customers who engage with Sky Contract Services through our website, by phone, or via any direct sales channels. By placing an order or entering into a contract with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.
1. Our Services
Sky Contract Services provides mobile phone contracts, SIM-only plans, and related telecommunications services to customers in the United Kingdom. Contracts may include device financing, network access, or SIM provisioning.
We act as an intermediary in some cases, facilitating agreements between the customer and the mobile network provider.
2. Eligibility
To place an order, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age

Be a UK resident

Pass any required credit or identity checks

Agree to provide accurate, up-to-date personal information
We reserve the right to refuse service to any applicant based on the results of our eligibility assessment.
3. Contract Acceptance
Your contract is only confirmed once:

You receive written or digital confirmation from us

All required documents have been submitted and verified

Any initial payments or identification requirements are fulfilled
Until confirmation is issued, Sky Contract Services has no obligation to supply the requested services or device.
4. Payments and Billing
You agree to:

Pay all charges on time as specified in your contract

Maintain an active payment method
-
Cover any applicable upfront fees or deposit amounts
Failure to make payments may result in suspension of your service, additional fees, and referral to a debt collection agency.
5. Delivery and Activation
Handsets and SIM cards will be dispatched once all contract checks and verifications are complete. Delivery times may vary but generally occur within 3–5 working days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, stock shortages, or incomplete applications.
6. Cooling-Off Period
Under UK consumer law, you have a 14-day right to cancel from the date of receipt of your device or SIM card. To cancel during this period:

Contact us in writing or by phone

Return the handset or SIM unused and in original condition

Cover return postage if not faulty
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of return confirmation.
7. Cancellations and Early Terminations
After the 14-day cooling-off period:

Contract cancellations are subject to an early termination fee

Device finance must be settled in full if cancelled early

SIM-only rolling plans may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice
Specific termination fees will be outlined in your agreement.
8. Faulty Devices
If your device is faulty on arrival, you must notify us within 7 days. Devices with manufacturer faults after this period are covered under the standard warranty (usually 12 months).
We will assist with replacements, repairs, or manufacturer referrals depending on the issue.
9. SIM-Only and Rolling Contracts
SIM-only services may be offered on:

30-day rolling terms

Fixed 12-month contracts
You may cancel a rolling plan at any time with a minimum of 30 days’ notice. Usage outside of your allowance (e.g. roaming, international calls) may incur additional charges.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you directly via email or on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect will constitute acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
